If a cop says you've confessed to a crime, but you didnt, and fordged your signature on documents, is that a couse for a retrial?

It is if you can prove it. Good luck on that though, nine out of ten chances the judge will take the cops word over yours.

yes it is, forged confessions are not admissible in a court of law, falsifying evidence is illegal, and forging a document with an individuals signature is illegal as well.
