The uterus is ABOVE the bladder. Thus why pregnant women feel the need to urinate often during pregnancy. The uterus pushes on the bladder. See these pics

The urinary bladder sits below and in front of the uterus.

The urinary tract sits just in front of the vagina.

The urethra, or the opening from which you urinate, sits inside the labia and in front of the cervix... which makes it seem to be below the cervix.

Just above and behind the bladder (looking from the front). This is why the need to pass water increases during pregnancy

Well, I do know that a woman's bladder is attached to the back of her uterus...it's why when a woman's pregnant or on her period she tends to have to go to the bathroom more.
