Would you consider me a conservative or liberal based on my beliefs:

-I do not believe in the Bible or Christianity, though I do believe in God (raised Catholic) and I'm very open minded (reincarnation, karma) to various beliefs both in and outside my own
-I believe people have to work for what they get and there is no "oppressed" race in America
-I am okay with gay/bisexual relationships and civil unions, but against gay marriage and unsure about gay adoption/families
-I am pro-interracial relationships (when its out of love and love only) and mixed race children/world
-I am against abortion but I'm for birth control/condoms
-I am very strongly against illegal immigration and I believe people should learn English before they come here and speak English in public
-I am against war for any reason
-I am a vegetarian and pro-environment

So would you consider me a moderate, conservative or a liberal and why?

Well, let's dissect your statements...

- Rather secular view of religion... far-left liberal

- Disagree with "entitlement" society and perceived "oppressed" races... moderate conservative

- Support alternative relationships; civil unions, not marriage... left to moderation conservate

- Pro-interracial relationship... irrelevant (not a liberal or conservative position...only wackos would not support this)

- Pro-life and birth control... moderate conservative

- Anti-illegal immigration, English as a prerequisite... moderate conservative

- Anti-war for any reason... far-left liberal (kook category)

- I am a vegetarian and pro-environment... irrelevant (not a liberal or conservative position, as long as you do not advocate violence to forward your agenda....that would put you in the far-left liberal wacko category)

So....you are like most Americans...a little bit of both. My only concern is your rather nieve position on war. When faced with an irrational enemy who can not be reasoned with, sometimes military action is necessary. Without our military, we'd still be a British colony or be under the thumb of totalitarian regime (Nazi Germany, communist Russia, or radical Islam). Think about it.

I think that most people would say that you lean to the left, so liberal. Having those views doesn't make you one way or the other, it also has to do with what role you think the government should take to "enforce" your views.

I would say that you are a social liberal and fiscal conservative. Simliar to me, except I could care less if gay people get married. Since you are not (Christian) religious, why would you care if they get married. Isn't that just a civil union? I also can't say that I am against war for any reason. There are reasons for war. Oh, and I eat lots of meat. Ok, you may be more liberal than me.

I consider myself libertarian, but mostly vote conservative. Funny thing is, you could have two people with almost the exact set of views and they would still not vote alike because they consider themselves to be one of those labels.

It's kind of a mixed bag. Some of your views are liberal, others are more conservative. Anyway, you're an individual, and you don't have to fit into a predetermined category.

Also, I disagree with Authur Googy. Being against war just means you have your own opinion. I, too, am anti-war.

You have a few conservative views but for the most part your views seem to be very liberal. It depends on how you vote and which issue is more important to you at the polls. For instance I have both liberal and conservative views as well, but when I vote, I *usually* vote conservative, because my conservative views (such as being pro life) seem to outweigh the liberal ones.

i consider you liberal.. because conservative people will stick with what they believe in and will never decide for themselves. Conservative people will continue to believe what is "standard" even if they don't understand it. And i don't see this trait in your description of yourself. You clearly made a change on yourself based on what you think is best for you. and you decided for yourself and you did not let "common beliefs" rule over you. :)

Well what do you think should happen to people who do crap like this. That's all that matters!

The girl was beaten with leather belts, had her head held underwater in a bathtub and then was thrown across a room, her head slamming into a tile floor, the mother said in the document. She said they kept the body in a storage shed for one to two months before they put it in a plastic bin and dumped it into Galveston Bay.

uh, one question. " -I am pro-interracial relationships (when its out of love and love only) and mixed race children/world "

So if two people of the same 'race' have a one night stand and add to the already overwhelming pool of fatherless children in this country, you think thats ok?

Sounds like you wouldn't care whatever label people slapped on you so this question is pointless.
