Free health care, 4 day work weeks. Why do the French riot?
Must be because in order to pay for the above, they have no money in their paychecks to live on or buy anything.
To answer your question, we can send them John Kerry (He owns a house there), Pelosi, Hillary, Reid, Obama, Edwards. They can show the French how to run their socialist system. They claim to have all the answers here.

Though they have recently elected a more reasonable leader, time will tell how committed to restoring their standing with the US they actually are
