Not a man-made bridge or tunnel, no. There's been discussion in the past of creating a bridge (I haven't personally heard of a Bering Tunnel) but I don't think it's gone anywhere. Its main purpose would be for commerce, not human travel so it's kind of irrelevant to say "nobody lives there, a bridge would be useless."

The population of that region is not that high. Its not worth taking the time and money to build a bridge or tunnel there. Goods get across by boat or plane...

Not now, but in the past there used to be an ice bridge between Alaska and Russia. That's how the native americans traveled to this continent.
