I've been there before for my own reasons and understand the statistics are inconclusive. For one, the idea of an abusive situation is some what a thing were in conflict with. The other is weather a kiddos returned or not. Understand that cases in which its reported, but not prosecuted, your not going to get the statistics. On top of situation were the kiddos said nothing in the first place, which is a norm OVER 50%, and thats being conservative, conbind with the fact as before, people give different perceptions to what child abuse is. So what are you really after here? Also CPS is not the best treatment for this social disorder just look at their procedures...... <_>
