I don't have a boss, am a student but i was just wondering..so?

My father had a boss that was 39 years younger than he was. Even worse the boss was me! He listened to me at work just as well as I did for him at home.

I am (oh well not since the other week because i quit, long story, but anyway...) the boss of people who I was about 7yrs younger then.... They didn't seem to mind too much?
But, i think would mind if my boss was younger than me.... I would feel like I may have wasted my life partying too much? This depends though, if you are new to your Field and a little bit older, you have had a career change or something, then your bosses are undoutably going to be younger than you....

Well, the boss was 20 years younger, sloppy, unorganized, foul mouthed-to everyone. That was back in the day at Taco Bell.
Am the boss, is nice calling the shots, but sometimes stressful!

It wouldn't bother me at all. I've had bosses who were a lot younger than me. We got along just fine. I'm the one who didn't go to college, so it's bound to happen.

My boss is 15 years younger than me and all but one of my co workers in my department are younger as well. doesn't bother me in the least.

well I'm a boss of a few people that or 10yrs plus older than me!!
i dont think they like it very much!

I'd be really confused because I didn't think that 10 year olds could work period, let alone be a supervisor!

i have two bosses partners in the business i work at both are young enough to be my daughters it makes no difference to either of us i do my job well and they appreciate me they treat me well and i appreciate them
