I played on a trial in blizzard servers and i loved battlegrounds.but in most servers they don't work.pls tell me a server with working battlegrouns(and people playing in them all the time),no lag,high population,working instances,working quests and no bugs :) 10x

Well your looking for some thing that doesn't exist, sorry, but you won't find a "free" server out there w/o bugs, but... there are some with very little bugs and I know of one that ive been playing on for quite a while now, the site to go to is called www.wowaxxo.com go there register to the site, do what it says by changing your wow folder and you should beable to get on very quick. but the thing about this server is that, you kill one thing and you automatically hit lvl 70 and you can get teir 6 with a click of a button, but this eliminates the prospec of being out geared, this only leaves room for skill and talent, if you have that then you can't be beat. (trust me, ive played legit wow for over 2 years and i've always been out geared and pvp sucks, but with this server you dont need to worry about gear, just skill =D enjoy!)

Free servers are illegal, so playing in one risks you getting banned. And you won't find all the things you want on a free server; they're too buggy and unreliable. Best find a good legal realm and work your way up.

Why don't you just go to Mangos Project and create your own private server? Then you can make it however you want to. And you don't have anything to complain about because if it doesn't work...you have all the power in the world to fix it.
