If a doctor suddenly passed out during surgery then one doctor would take them out and get them attention from other people or they would call up the other people to take them away. The other doctors would keep working on the patient.

if it's ok to leave the patient alone for a few minutes to try and see what is wrong with the doctor, i think that would be okay. but if they're in a hospital surely there are other doctors around that could get to that doctor, and not only that there are nurses standing in the surgery room on stand by in case things go wrong too.

Doctors are trained to prioritize, if the patient was stable, they would assist the fallen doctor, otherwise there would be enough people in the room to assist the doctor while the surgeons that were already scrubbed in and blody would keep their hands on the patient. In an ER there are enough people on stand-by near by that would rush in to assist in a situation like this.

I would believe the other doctors would take care of the patient, and some bystanding nurses would have a look at the doctor, calling for extra help when needed.

What kind of surgery is going on? Who is potentially going to die? How many doctors are available to handle the situation?

I think all of this would fall under triage.
