No one can tell you if she is pregnant, get her to buy a test or if she cant then get her to make a appointment at a clinic, until she finds out if she is or not there is not much you can do for her but be there and listen.

well she could be have her take a test we wouldn't know the only thing we can say is maybe only bc you said she missed her period but there are other reasons a women can miss her period, run up to the store and buy one its not that hard.

Tell her to buy a test she can get one at the Dollar Tree for a dollar or go to a family planning clinic I think they will do it for free.

It's very possible she is, however she should take a home test which is not that effective and may give a false positive or negative. Better yet she should see her doctor and have a test done by him.

Pregnacy tests can determine pregnacy with a week of a missed period.
Have your friend take one.

If you have unprotected sex, there is a chance you could get pregnant. Period.

do we look like a pregnancy test. no we arent so how can we tell if your friend is pregnant or not carry your butt to the drug store or planned parenthood and buy a test.
