I've been playing the Kingdom Reborn client for some time now, but now I have a few questions.
1.) As of today (11/27/07) is anyone else experiencing a failure at login?
2.) Guilds- I'd like to join one that's not too heavy into RP, but helps out new and needy (not wanting) players. Any suggestions? Two characters I have at a Human Crafter (tailor,lumberjack,tinkerer, carpenter) and the other is an Elven Paladin/Samurai Archer.
3.) Are there any real active ENGLISH communities out there? There's a lot of Russian sites, but I'm not fluent in Russian.

Lastly, I don't do user created shards. Mainly because it's actually against the rules to do so. You can get banned.... and I don't think free shards support KR anyway.

I tend to be much happier on all of those points by finding one of the free player-run servers to play on. There are over 300 of them and they all do something abit differently (their own idea of "if would be better if there was"). But with 300 of them to look thru I think most people can find one that meets their liking.
I ended up on a nice shard that was adult run (husband and wife team), hard gains, no PvP (except for arenas), no crowds. Its membership is low enough that there is actually wilderness I can build a house on. But enough people for making a group to combat champions, or to easily sell the stuff I make.
