WINDOWS XP's support your OS...
but partition your driver into 2 the OS main drive eg.. drive C---NTFS.. in drive D... fat 32 use fat 32 as your back-up file on or if the system looking for support or back-up you can easilly check to fat32

VIsta, XP, 2K, and NT support NTFS & FAT32.
The rest will only support FAT32 & FAT16.

Dos, win95, winme, win2k, winxp, winvista, backtrack....the list keeps going on, just about all of them support both.
NTFS Is a lot more stable than fat32 imo.
