Also her vulva seems to appear very dark now than several years ago. Any reasons. Is it with age or how?

Everyone ages. Its all part of it. Eventually your penis will be between your knees- gravity and wear just changes things.

Yes, everyone ages. I am sure there are parts of your body that have gotten more wrinkly and limp when not in use.My boyfriend's penis has gotten some dark rings around it that I kiddingly tell him are "rings" to count how old he is like you do with a tree.If it is a real problem, she could always see a doctor and have cosmetic surgery if you are willing to pay for it.

She is peri-menopausal, it causes atrophic vaginal problems, there isn't much to do for it but harmone replacement. They are kinda risky for her health though. You are gonna find low testosterone as a problem soon as well. That is part of life. That is called andropause or male menopause, you can google both or go to web MD and get real anwers for this question.

At 43 she may be premenopausal. That can cause all sorts of changes. Time does those things, we all grow older.
