Dream Machine

Humm…buzz…ding ding ding
Oh what a beautiful thing, ding ding
Lookout world, here comes me
Ridding along on
On my dream machine

With a monotonous ring, ring, ring
Spitting oil, gas and steam
Ding ding ding ding ding
Oh my…what
A colorful scene

Skies of brown, seas of pink
Oh what a beautiful thing
Fish are floating in the sea
Don’t blame me
Ding ding ding ding

This is a cool poem. I think that I can actually hear the dream machine ding ding ding. The sound and movement of the words help create clip and imagery within the poem. This poem is very whimsical and reading it made me smile.
