If you feed her lower quality hay, make sure it's decent - no dust, no mold. I'll feed hay that was harvested a little late, but that's not going to be $1 a bale. You could get one of those lickit balls you hang in their stalls. I don't use them, but I have friends who swear by them. They keep their horses amused for hours. I like to give carrots and apples. My horses are always glad to see me when I show up with veggies! Two supplements you could try: Moody Mare and Mare Magic. I've never used either, but I've heard they work for some.

Hot apple cider is yummy but not in the cards here until we get cooler weather...I'm still sleeping with all the windows open and that sorta kills the mood.

mmmmm....apple cider. that sounds good right about now. an apple muffin will go great with that.

Wish, hot apple cider is delicious (in my opinion). the farmer's market here in nyc make it fresh. you can also get in starbucks too.

That would be great. It's cool and overcast this morning where I am and hot apple cider would be really nice.

Whoa! That would be wonderful. There is nothing like the "real" apple cider. That artificial powder mix is awful yucky.

That would go down quite nicely. Sounds like a dream right about now.

Very nice with a fresh hot cinnamon bun with icing on top!

It would go down quite nicely with the bagel I am eating. Got some?

Not so good. I have a bad head ache and it would probably upset my stomach and want to come right back up.
