I know it is still early to tell for sure. My boyfriend and I have been TTC for about 4 months now. This month is my first month taking my temps. So I am new to this. When we had our now 3 year old daughter it happened on the first try! So I'm trying everything possible this time around. Did anybody have similair charts at 5DPO and then later found out they were pregnant? Any suggestions? I test every morning right when my eyes open. I have the thermometer right next to me on my bedside table. So all temps were taken at the same time every day. Any similair charts? Any ideas? Anything :)

I looked at your chart and it looks like you ovulated on the 20th, which makes you 8DPO (7 when you posted).

I can't explain the late positive on the OPK, though. I think it's rare, but possible. If it were me, I would be trying to figure out that discrepancy. Maybe get a hormone level test if you aren't pregnant, because progesterone is what causes the temp rise and it really should not go up pre-ovulation.

Good luck.

At 5dpo it is impossible to tell anything from your BBT chart because implantation wouldn't even have taken place yet. Implantation happens sometime between days 6-12dpo and many women say they have a slight dip on the day of implantation and then they get a third set of temps even higher than post-o's.. This is called triphasic BBT chart. Keep temping and good luck!!!

it really could be you know -- that looks pretty good. no way to know for sure til we see what your temp does over the next few days! v exciting though. you did bd twice on good days but you could have started sooner. we conceived last cycle but we bd'd for a week every day with preseed until the day after o. we also used a fertility monitor not an opk. i really think a dip this low (and btw your coverline is high! 98.1 is still high) could only be implantation - fingers crossed. keep us posted!
