they say when a black man sees a white man and a black woman together, they get so overprotective and they hate to see the black woman with the white man. is this true? i dont think so.

In some cases it is. Some people just don't like to see interracial dating.

I do not think that black men are protective of black women, lol; I think just the opposite. I can say that I have seen many black men look a little upset when they see a beautiful black woman with a white man.

Some people have issues with interracial relationships. There may be a few folks whose minds are twisted enough to actually believe that "protection" is their motivation. But, to me, truly being protective means that a person's concerns are with personality, behavior, and character- NOT with skin complexion or any other physical characteristic. That's how my parents are. When I was a little girl, they knew that I'd probably end up dating black guys- Because that's who most of my "crushes" were. Welp, they were right. And ya know what? Never once did I have to ask them if it was alright, because they were always very clear about the fact that "race" was of no concern to them (other than being worried that I would face hardships). If they didn't like a guy, it was ONLY because they thought he was bad news and wouldn't respect them and/or me. I've been married to a black man for a little more than eight years (with him for almost 14 years), and my parents ADORE him. My parents and I had some problems in the past, but "race" was definitely not one of them. I wish more people were like my parents.

NO it just makes me wonder what attracted them to each other especially when over the years you hear about black women getting with white guy either because they were abused by a black man or for financial reasons I never heard it was due to physicall reasons other than life span so why hate I love to see people happy for any reason.

nicely stereotyping. yet permit's no longer forget approximately that the clarification this stereotype exists is by using fact there are not adequate human beings to alter it. some are stupid..black men say they get protective and catch an attitude when they see a black woman with a white guy, and tell them that's not ok..yet they date white women and say thats ok..THEIR MINDS NEED TO BE IN CHECK!

I don't think so either. Interracial dating is just a tricky subject. I do know that you see more of the brothers with white women on their arms than you see sistahs on the arms of white men. So I don't know about black men being so "protective" of black women. Seems to me if that were the case, less of them would date white women.

not sure but if it is who cares, i see black men with white women all of the time, and i dont care about it, so black men have no right to be mad if white guys get with black girls

Don't just say black men...That is the case for people in all kinds of cultures and races...If you're the kind of person who detests interracial relationships, then it's going to be the same way.
That being said,
Who the hell cares? That's their problem. Not anyone else's.

i dont think black men are that little minded and petty. who cares so long as it aint my sister or my mother, in which case i wouldnt mind too but will like to know more about his xter and hope he is not one of these loose cannon white guys who just act stupid and crazy all the time. i will like a white guy like robin thicke who has soul, for my sister

I dont' think so either, but there are some people who don't like interracial dating. I think all men are protective of woman, it doesn't have to do anything with color or race.
