Dude! We dont have to drop our pants to pee. The idea behind urinals was ease and speed. Most men do not have a complex about such things. Think about it ... if we did have stalls for each urinal you would have half the access that you do ... now you know why in busy places there is always a line at the womens restroom while the mens room moves fairly quick ... they have nothing but stalls and half the access we do. Women are not crude enough to use such devices (thank god) or such would be in place already ... personally I am thankful women are not as bold (in this arena) as we are ... but I'll not get into that.

Because most guys aren't that concerned about people seeing their penis when they urinate. One can always go into a stall and urinate in privacy if you have a hang up.
