Technically he doesn't "live" here any more. Should I still include his name in our Christmas cards? Even just for this first year?

Well...he's too busy to do it himself. You will have to carry him on this one (for the very last time).

I would sign the card with the names of those who live in the household, but then write a nice note to everyone about how he is away at bootcamp, and how proud you are of him, and ask them to keep him in their prayers (thoughts, etc).

This way you are still including him in your holliday correspondance without signing his name to a card that he could not possibly have issued.

I would for now. Once he completed his training and is free to do things on his own and has his life more under control, then it becomes his responsibility. As a matter of fact, include his address in the mailing so everyone has it. Then it becomes something he has to acknowledge.

Of course you should he is your son !
Support him and write to him everyday !

I would say that as long as he is keeping stuff at your house then he is living with you. The military life makes it difficult to keep up with family and friends and so it would be nice for you to continue to include him.

Absolutely. There are relatives and friends out there who want to know what's going on with him. My mom still includes my sister and I in her letter.

If he is not going to send any cards himself then you should definitely still include him, however if he decides to start sending his own cards then you would not include his name.

Of course mother... just put his location, enclosed in a parenthesis, right after his name... just to let others know that your son is doing heroic duty. God bless him.
