In other words, what part of the constitution, other founding document, or writing by any of the founding fathers of our government supports your position that the government has the power to enforce a government run or controlled health care system?

Please stick to answering the question. I'm not interesting in having this spiral into a discussion of how poor people can't afford health care or that certain people don't care about poor people. Let this discussion remain in the framework of government powers, please.

There is absolutely none. Social medicine is social.

What right do we have to force other people to pay for others health care? What right does a drug addict have to tax the whole population for their health?

What right do fat diabetic people have to tax others because of their terrible eating habits and lifestyle.

The constitution gives us responsibility for our own health and person.

Not one iota of anything says everone gets socialized medicine. And most assuadely nothing says we have to give it to people who don't belong here.
