I'm thin but I would REALLY love to be able to put a bikini on next summer!! I'm 36 & things have gone slightly South!!!

start walking and doing crunches every day do alittle more trust me they work

Walk. A little, then a little more, and continue to increase in small increments. You'll become addicted to feeling good. Riding a bike is the best waly to reduce the southern stuff, though.

A brisk WALK, is a GOOD START, - but, there is ONE way, of exercising, that a HEALTHY young woman, of THIRTY-SIX, would find "STIMULATING", - and, "FUN"!

HINT:- Why wait for Summer, for the bikini?

Start by going out for walks. Don't go for speed, go for distance. Drink lots of water and increase your protein in your diet. Your muscles will start to strengthen and you can beef up your walks to light jogging and gradually (that's the key) move up to going for regular jogs.

I agree with Mr X. Yoga is a good start, combined with some aerobics is a good way to go.

start with some running, then start lifting , just alternate your routine to keep your motivation and intrest. once your at the gym try new things too..try aerobics, they have all types of classes from beginners to high impact

walking is great, get good shoes and start out at 2 miles a day if you can, then after a few weeks walk farther and farther

dont look towards south, turn towards NORTH and walk, run, skip, jump
