Monday Night Football has gone from something I used to schedule myself to watch with friends or by myself every Monday, to I have free night on Monday, because MNF game quality and commentary is so weak, I'd rather watch someone make a sandwich.
Sadly, last night's game seemed interesting froim the highlights I saw, just because the ridiculousness of the field conditions. Next week, maybe it'll be in a high wind gale. That would be interesting.
Sunday Night Football is now where it's at.

Last night's game was a mess but what was worse and is ALWAYS a mess is Kornheiser. The guy is a bum and has no business calling color for a 4th grade track meet let alone a professional sporting event. His moronic diatribes ruin the entertainment value of the games. The other guys aren't 'bad' but - with Tony continually interrupting the play with mindless jabber really makes me turn the channel. I NEVER thought I'd say I'd rather listen to John Madden - but,...

I didn't see last nights game, but I think the Sunday night games have been more compelling this year than the Monday night games.

the Steelers vs. Dolphins game? if that was it, im kinda surprised the Dolphins held off for that long. But they ended up losing, anyway.

Monday Night Football is just like football on all other days - boring and an exercise in tedium. Hockey is much more fun. And that's my opinion.

I enjoy watching Football a lot, but I don't enjoy the MNF announcers. I think they are all idiots...they are so annoying, you can't even enjoy the game. I miss John Madden and Al Michaels (who announce on NBC now on Sun night) but I'm glad we can still watch the 2 best announcers in football on Sundays.

monday night footie is there because of tv rights nothing else, its shitty to say the least, but its better than not haveing it at all.
if everyone did as I do, and do not pay to view footie on tv then it would not be on monday nights or any other time other than the traditional days and times.
blame it on those who pay to watch it on tv, I go and support my team, if they did too we would all be happy.

the ground was too wet. but they did their best and it was still a good game. im happy the steelers won! laughed my assss off when the ball stuck in the ground

I dislike the way ESPN does football. MNF is no different. I wish ABC still had it.
