hey can i make it 11?
the theory says that everything you do is related to time.
I am sure you didnt get it.....Here's an example for better explanation-
Say you have 2 minutes....these 2 minutes will seem like decades if you are made to sit on thorns but will seem like 2 nanoseconds when you sit besides a beautiful girl....
So Einstein just calculated these times for different situations like what if a person goes to a distant star for 1 century and then returned.
The theory is so confusing.....but it rocks!!

You want answering, in less than 10 words, a theory that has exercised the best minds over the last 90 years!! Oh that life was that easy! There are, in fact, two theories of relativity: the special and the general. To discover their outline, read Einstein's popular book, "Relativity" published by Methuen & Co Ltd. I doubt that your learn little from the answers given here. One thing I might caution you about: the theory of relativity is NOT e=m^2

That would be an ask, for anybody to do it in less than 10 words.
You need to read alot about if to grasp all the ideas.
Fundamentally however, in his special and general relativity theories:
Time is not absolute, it is relative. The speed of light is the same for all observers.
Spacetime geometry is curved due to the presence of gravity.

Laws of nature are invariant under all frames of reference.
The fixed speed of light, time dilation, and everything else follows on from that.
