how do i get a picture from my cell phone to my computer?

Yes it does depend on the phone and carrier but usually a surefire way is to send the picture as a multimedia message right to your email.
There are better ways and cheaper ways but that does depend on your phone and provider.
You could connect through USB, bluetooth, data cable, etc.

it depends, what kind of phone your is. Some phones have usb, some use wireless services such as bluetooth or sms....but if your wondering how to add them, make sure they are connected, then usually a window will pop up saying if you want to open a folder/view folder...if that doesnt pop up, then just go into your my computer, and you should c see your phone card as one of the drives...just open it up and you should be able to see them...then just copy and paste into a document folder...if your lucky your phone might come with a cd for mutimedia purposes
