If by "beaten" you mean physically assaulted and you suffered injury as a result, you may have an action in tort against the person that hit you. Alot would depend on how you yelling at the wrong time led to a physical altercation.

If by "beaten" you mean that you lost the round of bingo, I wouldn't recommend legal action.

Another joke, right?

You claimed a Bingo that you didn't have? But you want to file a lawsuit?

Against whom? And what is the prize you are fighting over?

Yes you can.

You can file a civil lawsuit for any reason. For example there is a guy in prision right now suing various celeberties; including, Elvis, Micky Mouse, Ronald McDonald, Snow White and 6 of the 7 dwarfs (he claims grumpy already has enough on his plate).

The question is wether you will win or if anyone will actualy take it seriously.

What would be the point of suing? Who are you going to sue, and why? I don't think you have much of a case. Sorry. It would have been funny if you yelled bingo on purpose while knowing you didn't have it. Were you just being a jerk?

Paul--
I feel your pain. I love the game of Bingo. I just can't remember what to yell when I win!!! Sometimes I yell "Canasta" or "Uno", but I never get the prize. Maybe we can work on these problems together. Good luck with yours.

Maybe. Bingo is not usually a contact sport. See a lawyer.

You can certainly file a lawsuit against the person who physically attacked you.

Gee Paul, at 6'5 and 325 lbs, I didn't think anyone could whip you. Especially some Grandma. I would love to be at the court hearing. Guess you better rethink beating on cops as you always claim to do.

Certainly you can file a lawsuit. You certainly have enough witnesses to the event.
