For the past 2 or 3 mornings I have woken up fine, then after about an hour I'll get a sharp pain in my lower abdoman, right in the middle of my stomach (Like a diahrrea pain) then I will go to the bathroom and go #2, the whole I'm doing this the bowel is like diahrrea and my stomach is hurting the whole time. (There are no other real symptoms)

I also noticed yesterday that my nipples were sore, and I am having unprotected sex with my bf of 3 years..

Has anyone ever had anything similar? I looked up Ectopic Pregnancies and it said abdoman pain...
Thanks.

The nerves and muscles in the bowel appear to be extra sensitive in people with IBS (Irritable bowel Syndrome). Muscles may contract too much when you eat. These contractions can cause cramping and diarrhea during or shortly after a meal. Or the nerves may react when the bowel stretches, causing cramping or pain. I'm sure this is what you may be experiencing. I too have IBS and I don't like it. Drink lots of water daily and take fiber supplements daily.

Could be pregnancy or IBS. If you are prego Congratulations!!!:) Take an at home pregnancy test, get the pack that has 2 or more and take them both or all. That way you feel good about the answer. If your nipples are allready sore you could be like 8 wks allready. It also sounds like a period though. Good luck i hope whatever you want to happen, happens:)

Could just be a pregnancy. Also, short of sore nipples, these are the symptoms of IBS. If I were you, I would get a pregnancy test and make an appointment with my PCP.

how about a cystocele which can cause pressure against the vagina which then puts pressure on the colon?

this may sound goofy but, many times, this will happen when a woman is due for her period. don't take my word for it though. if it's concerning, call your doctor.
