Thanks for that website. I'm going to check it out after I post here. I want to make sure that I don't give any of those gifts.
Some people are hard to shop for. I appreciate all of the gifts I receive.
Worst gift that I recall: $2 basket of bath and body products from Wal-Mart (I returned it and received $2)

The one thing that I felt was the worst when I was growing up, has now become a tradition. Q-tips. My mom would wrap Q-tips ( and shampoo and conditioner and oreo's and a 12 pack) just regular things. That first year, when we opened Q-tips I wanted to cry. LOL
HOWEVER, we always got a ton of other things too, so it's not like we just got q-tips, so now it's cute, and I do it to my kids. It's a tradition. It is especially meaningful now that my mom passed 8 years ago Dec 4th. So, LOL I will forever have Q-tips under our tree.
I guess the real worst one would have to be sexy undies from someone I hardly knew, a girl, but I think she meant to give them to another girl ( I think she accidently switched the name tags or something) but we didn't know each other well enough for me to even say anything, so I just let it go. LOL Of course it's funny now, and I never really did get to know her, so I never knew if they were really meant for me or not LOL

My husband's grandmother is very wealthy, but stingy. One Christmas she gave my husband an empty leather box that was used to ship a free mug (a gift from a magazine subscription), and I got a pair of scissors and a used washcloth that she found on her closet floor (she told me this!!!). The next year, my father-in-law took her shopping, and wouldn't take her home until she bought me something. She finally gave in and bought something... an as-seen-on-TV plastic chip maker out of the bargain bin. It was just a slotted tray. I think it was missing pieces.

Hey, I actually like fruitcake!
The worst gift I received was at about age 10 or so. My sister gave me a trash can. (Just what a 10 year old dreams of getting ! lol) We joke about it today.

One of the worst gifts I ever received was a pair of 24" "Fairy Statues". They were quite expensive. I guess they were OK. What do you do with them??

A BROKEN pair of pliers from my mother in law.
She proudly exclaimed: "I bought that piece of junk at a garage sale for a quarter(.25 cents in US dollars). Immediately, I thought of you for Christmas!!!!!"
