I have seen these companies that it will only cost you say 50dollars,and for that they give you this secret info that will make you 20k to 30k each month.seemingly you place ads in proven places selling god knows what and you retire!Sounds great but is it illegal and does it work?

if it is too good to be believable, it doesn't work.
this sounds like a variation of the old newspaper advertising business -- what you're told to do is place ads exactly like the one that sucked you in (somewhere else, of course) and sell the same business 'opportunity' to another generation of marks.
business breaks down, like any pyramid scheme, then the last generation of marks can't find anyone foolish enough to buy.

hey try using trademycash.com. that would be your best bet. its safe and uses paypal. it is a whole community of people investing in each other and paying each other for credits. i started using this site about 3 months ago and my profits has went up each month.
first month: $110
second month: $275
third month: $425
