many reasons.
1. not having intercourse on ovulation
2. std can prevent pregnancy
3.stress
4. prolapsed uturus
5.diet
6. the position
7. autoimmune disorders (endo, lupus thrombophilia)
8. blocked tubes from stds like pid or have endo
could have no symptoms of stds.
9.hormone inbalance

Low sperm counts on the part of the man, infections and scarring in the reproductive tract, hormonal issues ( such as a lack of the hormones which promote or stimulate ovulation) being excessively thin, being obese, blockages of the Fallopian tubes ( whether due to surgery or infection) and being on some type of contraceptive.

Sometimes the timing is just off.
Your best chances of conceiving each month is during ovulation... and every woman ovualtes differently.
Even during ovulation, you only have an 18-25% chance of conceiveing. It takes normal, healthy couples up to a year to conceive.

well this is something only your doctor can answer theres lots of reasons.
since this is on the parents of teens board and posted twice i will assume your a teen
if your a teen your body just may not be ready
there are a host of female organ problems that could keep you from conceiving
stress can also
thyroid problems can

Infertility,or an untreated veneral disease,the fallopian tube,
sexual position, knowing your ovallation period etc. best thing to do is get tested

Sometimes it's low sperm count. Or she could be on birth control (needle form and doesn't want to be), could have problems with her reproduction system.
