Probably just gas.
Unless you've been having unprotected sex -- then it could be a plethora of venereal diseases!

First off....what is your age? Are you a virgin? Where exactly is the pain located? On the head? The shaft? The foreskin? Is the pain on your penis or in your pubic area? Is there any discoloration? Rash? Bumps? Foul smell? Discharge from the penis? Is the pain constant or only when you do certain activities? Are you able to urinate normally? Is your urine cloudy or discolored in any way? You need to be a bit more precise if you want an answer. Answer these questions for yourself, and talk to your parents about it. Yeah, it will be embarrassing, but it would be worse to wait and have a serious infection develop as a result. You might want to check out the men's health section of Yahoo.

You could have kidney stone...thought that's more in your balls from what I've been told. Don't be afraid of your parents sweetie!!! They love you and are there to help you!! If you don't feel comfortable, or they are crappy parents, then go to a trusted family member or the school nurse. Don't be ashamed to say you are scared of what it is! Just do it!
You want to use it again don't you!! ??? You don't want it to fall off do you??? So go tell someone!!!

I say get checked out. That is one area you should not take as a joke. Anytime you feel any discomfort there you should contact your physician immediately. Its sounds like a hernia though.

If it's a deep kind of pain, I would go see you doctor and have it checked out. That's not an area you really want to screw around with... lol, sorry! : )

could be a hernia starting.or your appendix.think of what you have done that could cause this pain,then go to the doctors for a check-up.
