Cramps are possible, but that would be it. If you think you are 10 days pregnant you should take a test. Most importantly stop drinking, smoking, only have 2-3 cups of caffeine a day (2 pops, 2 cups of coffee), and don't eat anything LOW FAT/NO FAT or with ARTIFICAL SWEETNERS this includes DIET POPS. Things like yogurt that are low in fat are usually sweetned with aspartme. Aspartme is harmful to your childs development. This includes sugar free cookies, low calorie coffee creamer usually has it too.
Anyways, take a test... if your low on money they sell them at the dollar store... buy at least 3 of them. Clear Blue is the one I took 36 weeks ago when I found out I was pregnant!

I am in the same situation, and with my man are traing to have baby, no possible to know ,is necessary to wait for 1 month, but if blood no come I will be happy, I am 38 years old, and no many possibility to be pregnant, I love my man,he will be happy with our baby, I hope,I hope...........

to answer you now. its not when you have sex that you test its about your period, you only test when your period is late other wise you will be testing every single day,
wait on your period and stop stressing
