Bring peace to the Middle East... Bush won't be able to do that, it requires a strong leader who is whiling to be an honest and neutral broker, Bush is neither honest nor neutral. He always leans towards Israel and he along with Olmert are without any political capital that would enable them to achieve the peace in the Middle East, so I can them hardly doing anything but lip service.

Good question but a difficult one to answer in light of the fact there have been so few "triumphs", if any. Perhaps it might be that he has not wet himself in public. Other than that I can't really come up with anything.
