dont even like but always seem to want to please them? i find myself being bullied by a certain person but still seem to feel i have to do what they want to keep the peace. does anyone else know sum 1 like this? my mate tells me to ignore this but i find it hard

tell them to do it themselves,and if they insist just say look im not doing it i dont care if you beat me to a pulp no.

yes I had what I thought at a time to be a friend that was the same way. Your mate is right, ignore it and just cut them off if they will act as foolish as to make you feel bullied. You can also confront them on this and if you feel that you need someone there with you, then get someone that you trust. The best way, however, is to do it just between the two of you.

Bullying is about control - physical and mental. If you don't do as they say they may hit you, or they may mess with your head and make you feel bad about yourself. It's hard to deal with someone who has managed to get into your head. You just have to remind yourself that this is what they are up to. See them for what they are - not a big scary person, just a manipulative weakling who projecting their own inadequacies on you. Bullies are the weakest people you will ever meet.
