Only an egg. I'm planning to have a brunch though...
I had a hotdog once for breakfast. It felt alittle awkward, though I don't know why since I usually have sausages, with bread, eggs and cereal for breakfast.

I made my husband some soft scrambled eggs with cheese and warm pita bread and black olives on the side.
I put about a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan that was on medium heat, then laid the sliced cheese in and let it get bubbly on the edges, next I cracked two eggs into the pan and with a spoon I scrambled them lighhtly and added salt. I then swirled the eggs around a bit with the spoon and added another slice of cheese. In the meantime, I placed a piece of pita bread in the oven to get it warm (it always get fluffy when you heat it) and then I placed all of this on a plate after slicing bread in half on a plate and garnished with 5 black olives.
The eggs were not over cooked, they were still soft but not undercooked.
I will have two soft boiled eggs and dip buttered bread "fingers" in them.

So far, a glass of iced tea without sugar,
a big bowl of pasta salad with cucumbers,
and now I've got my eye on the Lindt truffles.
A grilled cheese sandwich sounds next.

Shreaded wheat, flax seed, raisens, skim milk - I feel great.
By the way, the one predominant behavioral link among all the centurians (people who live to be 100+) analyzed in a recent study, is that they all ate breakfast.
Believe it... or not.
