Make sense to me. It's hard to find an interesting topics in Y!A when this category is being cluttered with "Where can I find this movie for free no download" question.

Hey, may be we can call the category "Cinephile," for someone who really knows about movie!

Buster Keaton
Abbott and Costello
Laurel & Hardy
Birth of a Nation
Casablanca
Yep those were when actors were actors and not prima donnas.
Paul Muni
Greta Garbo
Errol Flynn
David Niven
Douglas Fairbanks Sr. and Jr.
Great times for all who really really enjoyed classic movies. Of course growing up in the 1950's I got to see a lot of them too!
Great idea, I am sure a lot of Seniors would contribute to a site like this. Ask Yahoo, maybe they will include a site like this for all the believers.

It could be called 'film noir'.

But since they've gone and colorized all the black & white classics, there would now be a need for two sub-categories.

yes the best movies are the old classics, anyone that doesn't like the old classics doesn't know anything about movies. if they did that i'd be in that category all the time. how do get another category added anyway? "shes looking at you kid"

Getting any new category in here is a feat, so i would just leave it as a larger movie segment

I'd vote "Yes!" This group is always cluttered with "Where can I get for free...or Where can I download for free?" I guess they don't know that pirating is stealing from working people like electricians, sound techs, scenery hands, costumers, stunt people, etc. etc, etc!
