For what, Yahoo answers? This is an opinion board; why would I pay to get someone's opinion when I can get it for free anywhere else?

Plus I already pay a tax to come on here. It's included in the DSL bill I pay every month.

My Internet access is not free and is already taxed. If Yahoo wishes to charge users, in addition to the revenues that they get from advertisers, then they are free to do so but it would reduce the number of users and depress their advertising revenues.

I would like to see Yahoo Answers charge 10 dollars a year to open a new account. It would cut down on the behavior problems we face daily on this site
