Look back into history, what were the twins named then, and work with that.

Ours we used masculine and feminine versions of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers names, then on my side 5 gens ago.

Christian Kyle -- GGF, and 5 gens ago
Summer Ashlynn -- GF last name, and a combo of Andrew and Glen

Granted we go with family names in the past.

I always loved Heather or Hannah and Heath..My twins are Kayla and Kyle altho i really wanted to name them Mercedes and Ben or Harley and David, Leather and Lacy lol

just kidding..It was a joke around our house when i was pregnant..we would come up with some funny names
