BESIDES delirium and bacterium, you have:
apterium
collyrium
deuterium
cerium
osmeterium
psalterium
puerperium
magisterium
And since the /n/ sound is extremely close to /m/, the following should also work:
eutherian
papyrian
presbyterian
Now, that might not give you what you need for a poem. So there's one more thing you might try (short of rewording things so you can end up trying to rhyme something else!). Note that the "long a" vowel is actually a combination of TWO vowels, the second of which is the same as the "long e" (eh+ee). Because of this, you might find that words ending with the sound -arium or -arian/-arion will work for you (spelled thus, but possibly also other ways).
For lists of these words check:

http://www.morewords.com/ends-with/arian
http://www.morewords.com/ends-with/arion
Finally, it's possible that a word with all the same sounds except the /r/ may work for you. Thus, for what it's worth, you might use HELIUM, PERIHELION, TEDIUM, MEDIUM, MEDIAN (note that L and R are close in the sound they make, and D works fairly well too).

I like delirium. Valium is also good. Here are some more:
