Conservation and recycling does not really apply to diamonds as they are not really a natural resource.

Diamonds can only be "recycled" via the rock cycle.

I suppose you could "conserve" them buy not buying them.

diamonds are practically indestructible so all you need do is keep them in a safe place. as to recycling. have a jeweler reset them into a different piece of jewelry.
