Actually if you believe in Biblical stories - isn't it true that dinosaurs did not exist? I think that the Bible dates the earth back to 4000 A.D. Dinosaurs (and most prehistoric animals) and humans did not exist together. The first homonid found was 3 million years old, until the 10 million year old jawbone found a couple of weeks ago.

Sorry to be such a buzzkill. Besides, while we're talking mythology, they could just pour tequila on the scorpion's back and render it useless.

Probably the wolverine - I've heard they are the most vicious, pound for pound...and if they had 8-foot scorpions, just imagine how big the wolverines would have been back then

I'd go with T-Rex, but they might have had the "I have a big head and tiny arms" problem and couldn't get out of their cages.

It was the dove. The dove was released and returned with a olive twig in it's beak. This gave them hope that their ordeal would soon be over and peace would return to their lives.
