Go into edit my info on your profile and there will be a section for pictures

your second answerer is right, you need a 360 profile. once you've created that, (set your Sean Taylor pic as your primary 360 pic) go to your Y!A profile settings and choose "use my 360 pic" for your avatar.
voila ....
unless it doesn't work, sometimes yahoo is acting funny and it won't show up.
but usually it will work okay.

You need a Yahoo 360 account to use real pictures. Otherwise you can only use the default silhouette or make one of those cartoonlike avatars.
