I had a reguler 29 day cycle because of metformin, my af was suppose to arrive on the 9th of this month, around the time it was to arrive I had cramps all that week and the week before of and on but af never arrive, today I am 19 days late and no signs of af, I wake up every morning with a head ache, I'm barely hungry, and I also have nasseau, I did a $ tree hpt when I was 4 days late, anyone became pregnant when they have af cramps and no af, and anyone got a (-) hpt 4 days late then retest and got a (+)

1st off I'm sure everyone tells you: SEE A DOCTOR honey if you are, prenatal needs to start ASAP!
but to honestly answer your question, my girlfriend was 5-6 weeks before she could get a positive, the Dr even did one and it wasn't coming up. She found out by an exam... I encourage you to do the same honey! Best of luck!

i had cramps every month of my pregnancy around the time of my period. It was nothing unusually painful and the baby and everything are o.k. So don't worry about that . But taking a preg. test at 4 days late may have been too soon. I would try again. And the $ store ones work. They told me i was preg. and i was!!! If you still are unsure go to the docs for a blood test. They are accurate every time!!!!
