Alot of the time yes....
Life is huge, reality is huge, sometimes all the concepts and thoughs and beauty (and there is so much to mention that can be overwhelming when you try to think it all at once that I cannot mention it all in a list here) It just.... overwhelms your mind, your heart, your sences.....
I think anyone who has never been overwhelmed in this life must be pretty boring not to notice all the amazing things going on around them.....

sometimes, things/situations in life, or all the little things adding up together, can overwhelm me
when that happens, i take a break, find something else to do for awhile, then make a new plan to tackle the things which are overwhelming
if it seems like life in general, i break it down into areas of life, so that i can work on each one
as progress in made in one area, it gives me hope for gaining control in others
and i think that is often what causes feelings of being overwhelmed- its not how much we have to handle, how much comes at us at once, its the feeling of not being able to be in control

Overwhelm? No in what way?
Life often fills me with despair.... but no, I don't feel overwhelmed with or by life. I guess I am not significant or busy enough to be over whelmed!

Life doesn't overwhelm me, it's the damned cigarettes that are taking my life away from me that is overwhelming.

We are supposed to be pleased when things 'run like clockwork'. Clockwork mechanisms, though, are notoriously prone to failure. You have to keep winding them up. If you forget - or if you go too fa... well, you take my point. Somewhere in your world now, there's a situation that pretty much takes care of itself. The maintenance it requires is almost unconscious. It's just something you find yourself doing every so often. Right now, it requires a little extra attention. Don't begrudge it this.
