As an American, I am certainly ashamed of anyone who would be disrespectful to you or anyone else on here. I, in all honesty, can say that I know Indonesia is somewhere in Asia. Where exactly? I do not know.
Please do not stereotype all Americans based on some who are truly ignorant.

What you said is absolute truth. American born don't know the map knowledge. They still are exploring their own country.
People from other parts of the world study about every country. But Americans study about themselves or could know little bit about Russia (USSR), a little bit Europe, a little bit of south america and Australia. Nowadays they know Japan because of cars.
Trust me with this questions many would have searched and learnt where Indonesia is.

Yes I do. Indonesia is in Southeast Asia. Oh and don't think that because one American person is dumb that all Americans are dumb because if we were then this beautiful country would not be what it is today.
