can someone tell me the 3 cities/countries that has this (liquid soil) i've been searching for this but i can't seem to find it!

I am pretty sure more than 3 cities have this. Liquefaction is commonly associated with earthquakes wen the shaking raises the pore pressure in the rock/sediment.

Liquefaction is what happens to the soil during an earthquake. It means that the soil takes on liquid characteristics because it is being shaken so hard. The surface soil can move in waves just like the waves on the ocean. Virtually anyplace is subject to liquefaction if the quake is strong enough. Plains type land would be more susceptible to it than mountainous and rocky territory would be. There is no particular place that has liquid soil.

A rather famous example where liquification of the ground as one of the main causes has been postulated was the destruction of the city of Sodom in the bible iirc.
