He would cut anything that benefits the average working American. He would also cut out things like heating assistance to the poor, aid to dependent children, etc.
But I notice he always supports more aid to corporations and to other countries.

Anything that involves state spending. That is the state's responsibility, not the nation's. I don't see why the federal government needs to build roads in West Virginia, or pay farmers for having too many peanuts. (I could almost understand if they didn't have enough peanuts to sell, but too many doesn't seem like a problem to me.)
