That depends on what sort of water it is. The ocean often looks a grayish green, the water on tv purification commercials looks clear. Dirty water can be a brownish red. Some water has a blue tint to it, it really just depends on the source of the water.

Depends where you live. Florida Keys are many blue, blue/green colors. Rivers North are muddy brown.
