A good solid walker with a large base is fine for even a 3 month old. If she does not fit in seat, prop a pillow behind her. Do not worry if her feet touch the ground....good exercise for her legs, even if she can't make it move yet. She will love it; all mine did at this age. Good luck and God bless.

I have 2 children one aged 2 and the other just turned 1. My advice is, if you feel comfortable with putting your baby in a walker then go ahead. There is no right or wrong answers to your question. My oldest loved it in his walker from about 6 months old and my youngest sat in hers from about 4 months. She used used to push on the floor with her feet to make herself bonce. Do whatever you think is best. I hope i might have been of some help

I also agree that walkers aren't safe. Personally, I think that they are a nice gimmicky item that baby product companies try and convince parents that they are a necessity just so the companies can make money. I've also heard that the Exersaucers and similar products aren't too safe either, as the vibrations from the child's movement can move the Exersaucer around to places like an opened basement door.
The first two links are from a "walker safety" search. The other links are from a "baby walker" search. Most of the links from the second search look interesting and I think are worth a read.

Baby walkers have been pulled from the market due to how very unsafe they are. Not only are they dangerous on the stairs, they give mobility to an infant who is not ready for it. If you want try something like an excersaucer, but only when they have really good neck control

I prefer those exersaucers, you can get ones that are adjustable. The one my son has can go really low. Also, the seat seems to be a lot more supportive in both the back and front so they're not flopping over. I also like that they don't move around the way a walker would.

Walkers are really dangerous and cause loads of injuries and death in babies. All responsible childcare professionals advise against their use.
She will be able to sit up in a few months anyway and she can start to look around her. Let her learn these things in her own time.
