Try one of the networking sites like myspace and look up others in your area. You might even be able to meet them in the flesh after you have formed a friendship online first. Why do you not want African friends anyway? Does it matter that much to you that they are not a specific race? people come in all different races and have their own qualities, give everyone a chance, even the ones you exclude. You might be pleasantly surprised.
