Hon, it's not just you. I used to commute to work 1 & 1/2 hours each way to work. Did it for 6 years in dress clothes, heels, normal business attire. When I finally realized I was ruining the right heels of all my dress shoes, I finally put a pair of comfy driving slippers in the car. When I arrived at the office, I'd slip my heels back on. No more ruined shoes!

yes i usually have a pair of trainers or pumps in the car so i can change shoes when driving
